According to Warner Bros. studios, The Dark Knight has made over $502.4 million from domestic American ticket sales, Warner Bros is the No. 1 studio for the summer of 2008.
The film hit that mark in just over six weeks, half the time it took "Titanic," which reached $500 million in a little more than three months.
